CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS POLICY

You can cancel any order until it has not been packed/shipped from our Warehouse by email on info@shrikisan.com. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by email us on info@shrikisan.com

REFUND POLICY

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

After the refund has been initiated by Ganesh Chemical Industries as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

1. NEFT – 1 to 3 days post refund initiation
2. Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner

Please note, Ganesh Chemical Industries initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, and after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Ganesh Chemical Industries warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies; Ganesh Chemical Industries may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

Ganesh Chemical Industries’s 7-day returns policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on ShriKisan.com for any reason within 03 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. Following are the conditions for all returns and exchanges:

– Reverse Logistics: Customer must arrange to ship back the product in original condition to our warehouse.

– Reverse Logistics Charges: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer returning the product. The logistics charges must be prepaid by customer while shipping the product and not to be sent by ‘To Pay’ logistic option assuming the recipient will pay for it. We do not pay to release return products and they must be fully paid in advance by returning customer.

– While returning any product, we request the customer to take picture and videos of the final packed product before handing over to our logistics partner and email or whatsapp the same to our customer service numbers.

– For any complaints regarding breakage, we need pictures of the broken product and complete product with packaging pictures in the first twenty four hours of the product being delivered, so as to confirm it defective or broken.

Upon receiving the product at our returns desk, we will fully inspect the condition of the product. It should include original packaging, tags, labels, manuals etc. and not be damaged or lesser in quantity in any way. Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Please note, Items purchased during sale or promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return a product to Ganesh Chemical Industries, please follow these steps:

– You can return products purchased from ShriKisan.com within 03 days of receiving the product.

– Please email us your return request along with valid reason on info@shrikisan.com, we will review your request and only when we confirm, please arrange to ship back the product. Return logistics charges in all refunds are to be borne by the customer.
